WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO.

At O'Brien Physical Therapy and Wellness, we know that you want to live a full and present life without being distracted or sidelined by your pain, digestive issues or pelvic health concerns.  We have been there, we know what it's like, we hear you and we are here FOR you.

We want you to be able to live your life, run the race, have a healthy pregnancy and postpartum experience, travel without concern, feel good and confident in your body, play with your kids or heck, even get some sleep!

Maybe you have tried to fix it before and it hasn't worked.  Don't give up.  Yes, sometimes there is an "easy fix", but oftentimes it is layered.  It may have to do with what your body and mind are doing throughout the day, your nutrition, movement or sleep habits, your past medical or surgical history, your stress level, your stage of life or shift in hormones, or... a combination of ALL of these.  But it doesn't have to be overwhelming, small steps and subtle shifts, can lead to big changes!

This is why we meet one-on-one and listen to your WHOLE story, we assess and treat based on YOUR needs, we create a individualized plan to help you to recognize and remove the obstacles that are preventing you from living Your.  Best.  Life.

When you are ready, we are here! Book an Evaluation
