Pelvic Health Physical Therapy promotes pelvic health for females of all ages. Treatment can address current concerns that you are experiencing or can be more focused on prevention of dysfunction and promoting wellness.  Though some of your concerns may not be normal, they are VERY common.  You are not alone.  We are here to help.

Bowel and Bladder Dysfunction

  • Urinary incontinence (leakage of ANY amount)

  • Fecal incontinence (leakage of ANY amount)

  • Constipation or incomplete bowel movements

Sexual Dysfunction 

  • Low libido

Pelvic organ prolapse

  • Feelings of vaginal or vulvar heaviness or pressure

  • Seeing or feeling something vaginally that doesn't seem to be in the right place

  • Cyclical or activity dependent back, abdominal or pelvic pain

  • Painful intercourse, insertion or penetration

  • Inability to keep a tampon or menstrual cup in

  • Preconception, Pregnancy and Postpartum wellness assessment

  • Movement and nutrition guidance throughout the entire transition preconception to postpartum!

  • Pain during pregnancy or postpartum (low back, tailbone, SI joint, hip, pubic symphysis)
