O'Brien Physical Therapy and Wellness is now offering personal training services!  Work with Physical Therapist Assistant and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Chelsea Barnes to reach your health and wellness goals in a safe and supportive manner.


Whether you are just getting started with movement and need some accountability and guidance, need a fresh set of eyes and progression of your current program or do better working out with buddy, Chelsea is here to support you and meet you where you are at in your fitness journey.
 

As a functional nutrition student Chelsea will also focus on education and guidance around your nutrition and lifestyle habits.

The Details

  • Personal training services include individual and small group (2-4 people) sessions

  • Individual - $50/session

  • Duo (2 people) - $70/session ($35/person)

  • Trio (3 people) - $90/session ($30/person)

  • Quad (4 people) - $100/session ($25/session)

  • For small groups, we recommend that you find a group that plays well together and has similar movement goals.  Please contact us to schedule your small group!  

  • Virtual and in-person options available

  • Single sessions or packages available (5 or 10 sessions)
