MenoMove

Menopause is merely a moment in time when you have gone 12 months without a full cycle.  (Pre)menopause is the transition leading up to that moment and can last for 5-10 years. This is the time when we should be learning about our bodies, how our shifting hormones are impacting our daily life and what we can do promote a safe and healthy passage into the next stage of our lives.  Hot flashes are not the only tell tale sign that something is changing.  Sleep disruption, diffuse joint and muscle pain, menstrual cycle irregularities, increased anxiety, bowel, bladder and even skin changes are symptoms that we should begin to notice and to listen to.

Whether you are curious about what is next, are deep in the throws of shifting hormones or have already checked the menopause box, Chelsea will guide you on how to nourish and move your body in a way that supports YOU!

This 8-week series is a small group wellness class that focus on both education and best movement practices for all things menopause.

Runner's Bootcamp
Runner’s Bootcamp

The goal of this 4 week series is to educate on the importance of whole body functional strength AND mobility in order to create a faster, stronger and overall healthier runner.  Prevention is the key to success - if you are inefficient or injured you will more than likely not continue to meet your running goals.  This class series is designed to prevent and remove those obstacles, to meet you where you are at and to allow you to “hit the ground running” as soon as you are ready to ramp things up.

Whether you are an experienced runner who would like to prevent an old injury from flaring up, are training for a race and want to shave off a few seconds, or are just trying to get off the couch and want to see what happens Chelsea will offer support and guidance throughout the series.
